By purchasing a Month-to-Month Cousin Charlie’s Wellness Rebillable Subscription for any Cousin Charlie’s Wellness Subscription product, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by Cousin Charlie’s Wellness after the expiration date of your payment card.

Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Month-to-Month Rebillable Subscription renewal.

Cancellation Policy For Month-to-Month Rebillable Subscription Renewals

To cancel your Month-to-Month Rebillable Subscription at any time, (1) send us a message at charlesnunn6@gmail.com and we will do it for you, or (2) call (386) 307-5777 and our Customer Service specialist will help you cancel. If you cancel, you will not be rebilled during your next monthly billing cycle.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE “ARBITRATION AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS” PROVISION SET FORTH IN SECTION 19 OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, AS IT WILL REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION.
